Once upon a time, we met on the campus of Jadavpur University in the city of joy. It all started with a simple text message-- to meet at the campus bookstore on the 8th of December, 2010. Over a couple of years, friendship quickly snowballed into on-campus walks, endless discussions, adjusting schedules to leave campus together, exploring eateries around the city and eventually, what (we guess) people call love. Our journey has found its path through the beautiful valleys of each-other’s laughter, the challenging mountains of loud arguments, and across the seven seas of long-distance. Finally, we choose to tie the knot this year.
We believe that wedding is an event where each of us gets to introduce the characters of one’s stories to the other, to recollect the old memories with these characters, and celebrate the occasion with people we (still) consider family or friends.
